Filter in TSI Post Listing

1. Log in to RFS.

2. Navigate to the section that displays a list of posts. Click on  'Post Listing' at the top of the page.

3. Locate the 'Filter Options', which is at the top right side of the page.

4. Choose 'Filter Criteria'. Click on the dropdown menu to reveal filter criteria options. Select the criteria you want to filter by. This could include category, tags, and content type.

5.  Once you've set your filter criteria click on  'Apply Filter' to activate the filter.

6. Then you can check the articles that match the criteria you've chosen.

7. Modify or Remove filters (if needed). If you need to adjust the filter or remove it, go back to the filter options and make the necessary modifications. You can e.g. add a category and a tag filter at once. Repeat steps 5  and 6.

8. You can easily 'Save' or 'Reset' filters. Just click on one of the boxes.

NOTE!

  • A tag will be selected just once
  • If the tag is selected it will apply across all categories where it is present and show the content
  • If the tag and category are selected then only content from the selected category with selected tags will be visible
     
* If you select one or more tags AND a category which doesn’t have any tags, the content of this category won’t show up.

When you select a tag and category, the system fetches posts based on their combination. For example, if you select Digital and Security categories and Automotive and Generic tags, the system will retrieve posts that are related to Digital and Security categories along with Automotive and Generic tags.  
 If you select two categories and then choose one tag, the fetched posts will be related to both categories and tags.
