Important Note:
LinkedIn Group user password: change the password for the LinkedIn Group user after the parent account password expires.
- When a LinkedIn Group user is created it takes on the password from the Parent user creating it (including the expiration date)
- When passwords expire it happens on both accounts.
- Users will change the password on the parent account, BUT they still need to log into the LinkedIn Group user account and update the password there.
- There can be an issue when the user updates their password in their browser password manager and will therefore not remember the password for the LinkedIn Group user. In that case, the only option is password reset via the account manager.
