How to reconnect your social media account to RFS

In Ready For Social, go to the top right corner and click on your profile, where your name and profile picture or "default image" are displayed. Click on 'My Profile' and scroll down to the bottom of the interface.

In your profile, scroll down to “Social Connect Info.” If your account is not currently connected to Twitter or LinkedIn, “Connection Expired” will be displayed in red. To reconnect your account, simply click on the highlighted text next to the LinkedIn or Twitter icon that says, “Reconnect to Twitter/LinkedIn.”
If your account was never connected, just click the orange hyperlink that says "Connect to Twitter" or "Connect to LinkedIn" and follow the same process as below.

You will be redirected to LinkedIn or Twitter. Sign into LinkedIn or Twitter using the account you want to connect to Ready For Social.

Next, Select 'Personal Profile' by clicking the checkbox. Finally, click on Submit to connect the profile.

Note: Please make sure you connect to your personal account. Do not select a Group.
You will be redirected back to Ready For Social. The banner at the top of the screen should say that you successfully logged in with LinkedIn/Twitter. You'll find the reconnected social handle at the bottom of your profile.

Please Remember:

To maintain account security, LinkedIn automatically disconnects your account from RFS every 60 days. This helps ensure that your account has not been compromised. When you receive the notification email, go to your "My Profile" page and reconnect your account. The process takes less than 20 seconds.
When reconnecting, be sure to select your personal account only. Selecting any other option will prevent content from being posted.
