1. Go to app.readyforsocial.com/login.
2. Click "Forgot Password."
3. Enter the registered email address. (EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE IN LOWER CASE CHARACTERS)
4. Hit send email. You will then get an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password.
Tips:

Don’t click old emails. Sometimes users request the password reset email multiple times. The new email always cancels the previous one. Make sure you click on the most recent email.

Beware – links are user specific. Reset email links cannot be shared (each is coded to the individual user).
5. Click on this button in the email:
6. You will then be redirected to enter a new password.
7. Submit and be sure you see a success message.
8. Now, you should be able to go to the login page and log in with your new password.
