      How to Use the Multivox Feature

      The Multivox feature allows users to customize the tone of their social media content.

      Please Note:  Multivox requires additional writing and resources. Please ask your account manager for pricing associated with Multivox as it is not included in our standard offer. 

      How to Choose Your Default Voice Type

      1. Log in to your ReadyForSocial account.

      2. From your dashboard, click on your profile icon.

      3. In the drop-down menu, select "My Profile."

      4. In your profile information, scroll down to "Default Voice Type."

      5. This will automatically be set to Voice Type 1. If you wish to change your voice type, simply click the down arrow to display the drop-down menu of voice types and select a new voice.

      NOTE: Voice 0 is Front-Page News (FPN). DO NOT select this unless you want the post to be automatically shared by everyone in your domain who has autopilot enabled.

      6. Once you have selected your new voice type, make sure to click the orange "Update" button below your profile information to ensure that your voice type is updated. 

      7. When you go to the Post Listing page, posts that have social copy with different voice types will automatically switch to the voice type you have selected. 

      8. If you are using our Autopilot feature, the posts that go out will automatically be in the tone you have selected. When you are manually sharing posts, the social copy shown automatically will be your default voice. However, when manually sharing, you can change the voice type if you want.

      How to Select the Voice Type for a Post

      1. When sharing a post manually, go to Post Listing and click "share" on a post you want to share. Select the social network(s) where you want to share the post. You will see the social copy that is written in your default voice. 

      2. To see the other voice options, use the drop-down menu in the top right to select a different voice. Select the voice you like best to publish with the post.

      Now, Voice 3 will be hidden if the number of voices selected is 2 for the domain. Conversely, if the number of voices in the domain is 3, Voice 3 will be visible.
       
      When adding or editing a post, if a user selects two categories such as Category 01 and Category 02, with Category 01 belonging to Domain 1 and Category 02 belonging to Domain 2, the system operates based on the respective voice selections.
       
      If Domain 1 has selected a voice count of 2 and Domain 2 has selected a voice count of 3, the system follows a superset concept. This means that when both categories are selected, the system will display all three voices. However, if the user selects only Category 01, the voice three will not be visible. This approach ensures that the visibility of voices is dynamically adjusted based on the combination of selected categories and their corresponding domains.

      3. Super Admin - Edit Post
      4. Corporate - Add/Edit Post
      5. Corporate - Company LinkedIn Edit Post.
