From time to time, you might have to make major changes to a copy. Here is what these changes could look like:
You, as the editor in chief might have to reject a copy for multiple reasons such as a picture not uploading, the copy mentioning or even focusing on a competitor, the topic not being suited for the audience you are addressing, the copy not summarizing the article correctly, facts being incorrect, etc.
Your client has rejected a post. The reasons could be that you wrote about a topic they didn’t want to be mentioned, they didn’t like the wording, or they noticed the article mentioned a company or brand they prefer not to be included. This doesn’t necessarily have to be a competitor.
