Proficiency Levels on RFS Dashboard

Explanation and eligibility of users proficiency levels

User levelling: When the user gets registered in the system, data is used from that time. However, it also depends on the criteria. for example, 'Regular Posting for more than 12 weeks' for elite level, is calculated from when a user got the 'Regular Posting for 2 months' criterion for insider level. Another example, is 'Request Profile Review' for insider level is calculated from the day he got registered but for elite level this 'Request Profile Review' criterion is calculated from the time the user reaches the insider level.
