If you are trying to attach an .mp4 file to an RFS post and get an error message (such as "Source media contains unsupported audio codec/profile 0" or "Please upload the video"), or if the audio seems to not be working in a post preview, follow these steps as a workaround.

- Go to https://www.veed.io/convert/video-converter, https://convertio.co/, or another similar video conversion site.
- You can leave it as an .mp4 file, simply running it through the converter should fix the problem.
- Upload your file to the converter, select .mp4 as the file type, and click convert. You don't need to change any advanced settings.
- Veed.io:

- Convertio:

- Once the conversion is completed, you can then download your newly converted video file and upload it to RFS again as usual.

- If any issues are found in the video file that are preventing successful upload, this tool should fix them.
If a video will not upload to RFS, it likely will not upload directly to Twitter either. You may encounter something like this:

If the direct Twitter upload is successful, there may be another issue with the video. Still, try using a converter to solve the problem before trying another avenue.
Note: We are currently making enhancements to the upload video functionality. When a user uploads a video, a progress bar will be displayed to provide visual feedback on the upload process. Additionally, we will introduce video validation for Twitter and LinkedIn at upload time. This means users will receive information about the video's compatibility with these platforms before creating or updating their posts. In case an error occurs during validation, users will have the option to choose a different video. If the video is fine, a thumbnail image or video will be displayed under the browse button. These improvements aim to enhance the overall user experience, especially when dealing with larger-sized videos while creating video posts.
