How to share and schedule individual posts through Post Listing.
There are two ways to share content on Ready For Social. One way is through AutoPilot (see the AutoPilot guide here). The other way is to share and schedule posts manually. Here is a simple guide to manually sharing a post in RFS.
1. Log into RFS at this link: https://readyforsocial.com/.

2. After you log in, select "Post Listing" at the top of the page.

3. You will see a page with all of the available posts for you. Featured posts will appear first, with a banner in the corner.

3.5. To filter for the specific type of posts you want based on Category, Content Type, Language, or Source, use the "Filter Options" feature.
Note: from this view, you can see how many times the post has been shared by other members of your team. It will also indicate if you have already shared the post.
4. There are a few different ways to share content. If you want to read more of the post, click the "Read More" text in the right corner.
5. Here you will be able to read the entire post and the associated article, image, or video. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see the full article/page that is linked in the post.

6. If you want to share the article, select the "Share" button above the article preview.

7. A pop-up will appear. First, check the boxes of the social media where you want to share the post.

8. You will now be able to edit the text of the social post. You can do this by adding or deleting text in the gray box. NOTE: Be careful of the character limit for each social media site (LinkedIn has a character limit of 3000). Also, you must change the text of the post for each social media platform you have selected individually. For example, your changes will not automatically update to your Twitter social copy if you change your LinkedIn social copy.
NOTE: You can now change the image before sharing the post. Above the Post url, there should be a checkbox that says 'Change Image'. Click the checkbox and it should open up a box with the current image. You can click the 'x' on the corner of the image to delete it and browse your photos or the RFS gallery for a new image to add to the post.

9. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up. You have two sharing options: Share on Social Network or Add to Queue. If you select "Share on Social Network," the post will be shared to your social media immediately.

10. If you select "Add to Queue," you will be able to schedule your post to go out at a specific time. Using the date and time boxes, select the specific day and time you desire.

11. Then click the Submit button to save your choices.
12. You can also share a post from the Post Listing page simply by clicking the "Share" button in the lower right corner of any article. A pop-up will appear and you should follow the same process as steps 7 through 11.
