How to disable extensions (add-ons) that might block you from accessing Knowledge Base articles.
You need to look up something for an important task, but HubSpot is consistently denying you access to the knowledge base articles, what do you do?

If you are trying to access an article and whenever you do, this window (above) pops up, you might have some extensions installed on your browser that are preventing you from accessing the articles.
Hubspot is using many trackers, some of which get blocked by privacy add-ons you might have installed on your internet browser, which might cause your browser to deny you access to certain websites.
- In order to see which extensions you have installed, you have to click on the puzzle icon in the top right corner. (This applies for Google Chrome only)

If you have ad blockers installed, you do not need to remove them!
- If you do have privacy extensions installed on your internet browser, we suggest removing them. Do that by going to Extensions > More Actions (the three dots in line with the extension you want to remove) > Remove from Chrome.
Once you have removed the problem extension from your internet browser, try accessing the KB articles again.
