Steps to find out an error regarding login of the front user

Please follow the steps as below:

  1. Open the following link in your google chrome browser:
https://app.readyforsocial.com

2. On the login page, press the F12 key or right-click and select the "Inspect" option.

3. After pressing F12 or selecting "Inspect," a window will open at the bottom or right side of your browser.

4. Select the "Console" tab in the inspect window (newly opened window).

5. Click on the console window to activate it and press Ctrl+L to clear the console.

6. Now, try to login with your credentials.

7. After hitting the login button, an error message will be displayed in the console window (If any). It may be lengthy, so you may have to scroll down to see the entire message.

8. Copy all the content of the console window and send it to us. Also, please try to make a video of these steps so that we can identify the exact error.

9. Also, please provide the same details (Step 7 and Step 8) for the Network tab.

10. Once all done, you can close the tab or browser window.

  • Please check with another internet connection if possible, like a mobile data network or personal internet at home. From this, we want to identify whether the issue relates to the network firewall or anything else.
  • Please provide an exact date and time (with the time zone) when the issue occurred, if possible, so we can review the log at that particular time.
  • Also, please confirm for us that you got a Google recaptcha pop-up during login.
  • Please provide account details, like email and temp password (if possible).
