AutoPilot- Our most used feature! A tool that automatically schedules and posts engaging and insightful content to your social media. AutoPilot works with our other features to make sure that your automated post behavior is as customized as you want. Further reading on AutoPilot here!
Badges- Badges can be collected by fulfilling different achievements on RFS. These badges can be shared to social media upon getting the achievement, and already have captions built-in (however, you can edit them if you desire). Calendar- This is a feature that allows you to see when your AutoPilot posts have been scheduled to go out. You can also use the calendar to edit scheduled posts before they go out. Further reading on Calendar here!
Call-to-Action- Call-to-Action allows you to add a short statement to the end of your posts, often directing users to do something after interacting with/ reading your post. A common example of a Call-to-Action is "Contact me to learn more." Further reading on Call-to-Action here!
Category- Posts are separated into categories based on their subject matter and user group. You can choose what categories interest you, and posts from those categories will be scheduled through the AutoPilot system to be posted on your page. You can also choose how many posts from each category you want going out every week through AutoPilot configuration.
Certificate- Certificates can be earned by completing social selling and LinkedIn networking training programs hosted through RFS. Certificates can be shared on your social media platforms and added to LinkedIn under their certifications section. This is not available to all users and must be enabled by admins. ClickThruRate- The percentage of users who click on a specific link or Call-to-Action (CTA) out of the total number of users who view the content. CTR is calculated by dividing the number of clicks by the number of impressions and multiplying by 100 to get a percentage. This metric provides valuable insights into the effectiveness and appeal of content, advertisements, and CTAs, indicating how well they engage the target audience and drive desired actions.
Config (Language and tone Config)- Config (short for configurations) allows you to change the language and tone of the AI Post rewrite feature. We offer many languages and voice tones so your AI copy will have less need for heavy editing, leaving more time for further personalization to get the post exactly how you want it. (LinkedIn) Connections- Connections are professional relationships established between users on LinkedIn. When you connect with someone on LinkedIn, you are adding them to your professional network, allowing you to see their updates, share content, and communicate directly.
Copy (Social copy)- A social copy is the caption on a post, often written by our RFS writers. Posts can have separate social copies depending on what platform you intend to share. For example, a Twitter/X social copy will be shorter than a LinkedIn social copy as their character count limits are different.
Cost Center- A cost center is a department or function within an organization that incurs costs but does not directly generate revenue. The primary role of a cost center is to manage and control expenses related to its activities. They help organizations track and manage costs associated with specific functions, departments, or projects. In the context of social selling, a cost center would oversee the financial aspects of social media activities, ensuring that spending is controlled, budgets are adhered to, and that social selling efforts are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
Engagements- interactions users have with content on social media platforms, such as likes, comments, shares, retweets, and clicks. These metrics measure how actively users are interacting with and responding to posts, reflecting the level of interest and involvement with the content.
Followers- Users who subscribe to a profile or page on a social media platform, allowing them to receive updates, posts, and content shared by that account.
Front Page News (FPN) Post- a post that gets shared to the social networks of all users in a corporate domain who have Autopilot activated. For FPN Posts to go out, an Admin must have the FPN feature enabled in RFS.
Hashtags- Words or phrases preceded by the "#" symbol used on social media platforms to categorize and organize content around specific topics or themes. By including hashtags in posts, users can make their content more discoverable to others interested in those topics, join broader conversations, and track trends. Hashtags facilitate content discovery and engagement by connecting posts with relevant discussions and audiences.
Image- Images are the photo/ visual component of your post. While RFS posts all include an image, we also include an image gallery and an option to upload your own image if you want to customize your post further. Further reading on Images here!
keywords- specific terms or phrases used in profiles, posts, and job descriptions to improve discoverability and relevance. They help users find and connect with relevant professionals, job opportunities, and content based on their interests and expertise.
LinkedIn Groups- LinkedIn Groups are online communities within LinkedIn where professionals with shared interests or industries can connect, share insights, discuss topics, and network. Members can participate in discussions, post content, ask questions, and provide support related to the group's focus. These groups are often used for networking, knowledge sharing, and professional development. They can be public, allowing anyone to join, or private, requiring approval to join and offering a more exclusive environment for discussion.
LinkedIn Mention- A LinkedIn Mention is a feature that allows users to tag or reference other LinkedIn members or companies within posts and comments. Multivox- Some posts have options to change the voice/tone of the caption. These posts are multivox posts. Further reading on Multivox here!
Newsletter- The newsletter feature allows you to share a post or multiple posts in a newsletter format. You can share it to anyone from your contacts or outside contacts. Further reading on Newsletters here!
Own Post- Own Post allows you to compose a post entirely from scratch and share it through the RFS tool. You will have access to both our AI Writer feature and our Image Gallery while working on Own Post. If desired, you can make your Own Post public to your company, so other users on RFS (in your company) can share your post. Further reading on Own Post here!
Post- Posts are comprised of an image and a caption, and often include some outside content (video, article link, website link, etc.). Usually, it incorporates features like hashtags, mentions, and Call-to-Actions to enhance impact.
Post Listing- A list of Posts in the RFS system that are ready to be shared! In post listing, you can choose to share a post instantly or to schedule it for a later date and time. You can also edit the caption and photo of the post if desired. Further reading on Post listing here!
Profile Review- LinkedIn Profile Reviews can be requested on the dashboard. After requesting, an RFS agent will evaluate your profile based on the features utilized and profile composition. Further reading on Profile Reviews here!
Queue- Adding a post to the queue allows you to schedule it for another day or time. The post will be shared automatically at the desired date/time through Autopilot. If you queue your post and decide to either cancel it or edit when it goes out, you can do so in your Calendar.
Reach- Refers to the total number of unique users who have the potential to see a piece of content or a social media post. It measures the extent of visibility and exposure that content receives across social media platforms.
Real-Time Content- A frequently updated pool of content that can be used to create a post around. Using the RFS tool, you can take a piece of real-time content, compose a post around it, and share it to multiple social media sites in one sitting. Further reading on Real-Time Content here!
RFS score- The RFS score measures a user's social media influence by looking at how active they are and how many people engage with them. It considers the number of posts they share, changes in their Twitter followers, and engagement statistics from platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Xing. It combines these factors into a single score, giving more weight to certain activities to reflect the user's overall social media presence.
